Description

6/12/20 - This is a rare 1935/06 Mauser Banner Portuguese "Guarda Nacional Republicana" (Republic National Guard) luger rig made in 1935. With a 120mm (4 3/4") Barrel chambered for the 7.65mm. This one is in excellent condition, retaining about 95% of its original bluing. There is not much actual finish loss. The most noticeable areas of wear are on the high edges, the side plate, and the base of the front strap. There is minor patina and oxidation under the finish on the straps. It comes with an unmarked aluminum magazine. The bore has decent rifling with some frosting. The gun is "Crown U" proofed. All parts are matching.
