Description

3/9/22 - This is a very nice example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. The gun has retained about 93-94% of its original bluing. There is minor thinning on both the barrel and front strap. There is very minor wear around the high edges of the slide and a small area of spotty wear on the right side of the slide. Some light scuffs on the barrel. Comes with excellent bakelite grips and a period-correct Walther magazine. The bore has excellent rifling with some very minor freckling here and there. De-cocker is functional.
