Description
10/30/26 - This is a Nambu Type 14 made in November of 1938 at Kokubunji under Nagoya supervision. It is the early small trigger guard variation with straw-colored small parts. All matching, and it comes with one period-correct but mismatched magazine. The gun has retained about 95-96% of its original finish. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there is some dulling and patina on the grip straps, a few small areas of oxidation, and some light spotty oxidation, mostly on the right side of the gun. Fitted with period-correct bamboo grips that are hand numbered with the full serial number to match the gun - minor honest bruising on both sides. The bore has pretty good rifling, but there is spotty oxidation and minor pitting throughout.
