Description
7/9/26 - This is a nice example of a 1942 Luger holster manufactured by Armeemarinehaus in Berlin. The leather on this holster is sturdy while still retaining some pliability. The exterior of this holster shows no signs of rips or tears, but does have some surface scratches scarcely scattered all over the holster. None of these scratches or this wear has penetrated the leather. The back of the holster bears the "P.08" Luger designation on the top right. Between the belt loops, the maker's code "jme" is stamped just above "1942". Below that is the WaA14 proof. The underside of the lid has a "No. 5" stamp, though the remainder of the stamp cannot be seen, along with a faint WaA stamp. The stitching on the holster is in great shape with no signs of pulling or tearing.
