Description
05/26/26 - For sale is an Inland M1 Carbine made in 1943 that was issued to the Austrian Gendarmerie after WW2. The carbine was rebuilt at the Benicia Arsenal and was refinished. The parkerized is dark with light surface scuffs. The stock was lightly sanded. There is a faint BA / JPL stamp on the left side. The sling well is stamped IO. The cross cannons are faint on the right side. The bore is bright with strong rifling throughout most of the bore, but the muzzle are shows wear. The muzzle erosion rating is 3.5. Barrel is marked Inland 10-43. The carbine has a mix of replacement parts and is not parts correct. Comes with a commercial repro 30 round magazine. The bottom of the trigger guard is stamped LG K.K for the Carinthia Region.
