Description

05/04/26 - For sale is an Inland M1 Carbine made in 1943. The carbine had been rebuilt and was issued to the Austrian Gendarmerie in the OberoÖsterreich (Upper Austria) region. The metal is refinished and has a dark blued finish, likely done in Europe during a rebuild. The stock has been sanded. The sling well is stamped JLB, and the cross cannons are faint on the right side. The bore is bright with strong rifling, but some prickling of pitting is visible at the muzzle in the grooves. The barrel is marked Inland 5-43. The internal parts are a mix of makers and variations.
