Description
05/28/26 - For sale is a Springfield M1 Garand made in 1943 that was converted to a Mk2 Mod 0 by AMF to 7.62 NATO. These conversions were done using chamber bushings but were deemed unreliable due to the sleeves coming loose and ejecting with a spent casing, creating a hazard. The rifle has a dark phosphate finish applied during the rebuild, but the receiver has numerous surface scuffs and scratches. The stock is an Arsenal replacement and is unmarked other than a Circle P at the wrist. The bore is bright with good rifling. The muzzle erosion rating is 2.
