Description
8/21/25 - This is a nice example of a Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in July of 1944. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 88" military acceptance proofs throughout. It has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its original finish. The majority of the wear is on the front strap, but there is also general high edge and muzzle wear. There is what looks like a casting flaw or a gouge in the metal on the underside of the barrel. This is just superficial and does not come through in the bore. Fitted with period-correct blackish-brown bakelite grips and comes with an "Eagle 359" marked Walther jvd magazine. Excellent bore with great rifling. De-cocker is functional.
