SOLD - Nazi French MAB Model D (54044 - 19476)

4/11/22 - This is a nice example of a French MAB Model D issued to the Nazi military during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 251" Nazi military acceptance proof on the right side of the slide. The gun has retained about 90% of its light plumb-colored finish. Although there isn't a ton of actual finish loss, there is noticeable spotty wear on all surfaces of the slide, most obvious on the right side. Heavy spotty oxidation on both grip straps. There is one scratch and a few dings on the front strap. A couple of very light scratches on the right side of the slide. Spotty oxidation around the muzzle. Comes with nice period-correct black bakelite grips. There are some small chips on the insides of both grip panels. Comes with one proper magazine - some damage in the metal of the toe. Very nice bore with great rifling and some very light frosting in the grooves.
