Description
1/8/23 - This is a minty example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1940. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 655" Nazi military acceptance proofs on the right side of the slide. This one comes with a set of rare Krieghoff reddish bakelite grips. Some would look at this gun and think the grips were replaced, but this is not necessarily the case. In fact, Krieghoff did supply Mauser with grips when Mauser was running low on materials, so this very well may be the original configuration. The gun has retained about 97% of its original finish. There is very minor wear around the muzzle, at the very front edges of the frame, and on the side plate. Some tiny dots of discoloration on the grip straps. Comes with a mismatched magazine. The bore has strong rifling, but there is very minor freckling throughout.Specifications
