Description

5/23/22 - This is an excellent example of an AC 41 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1941. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout, even on the small parts. This is a second-variation example characterized by its high polish finish and no "ac" on the trigger guard. It has retained about 94-95% of its original bluing. There is minor wear concentrated around the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. A small spot of wear and some tiny pits on the left side of the slide next to the safety lever. Comes with excellent bakelite grips (waffen-proofed but not numbered) and a proper magazine that is numbered but not matching to the gun. Excellent, shiny bore. De-cocker is functional.
