Description

6/14/22 - This is an excellent example of a rare Nazi Mauser Luger variation that was military issued and accepted but diverted to the police. There are only about 3,000 such examples ever made, and this one is 1939 dated with S/42 code on toggle. It features a police sear safety and is in the proper serial range for known examples. This one comes with one original matching-numbered magazine and has retained about 95-96% of its original bluing. There is very minor wear on the side plate, on the front edges of the side rails, and around the muzzle. One light streak of wear on the left side of the frame. Very minor thinning on both grip straps a few tiny scratches on the front strap. Comes with minty matching-numbered wood grips. The bore is near-mint.
