Description

8/25/22 - This is a nice example of an AC 42 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military proofs throughout, even on the small parts. The gun has retained roughly half of its original finish. The frame has a really nice plumb color to it. The majority of the finish loss is along the barrel and on the front strap, but there is spotty wear on the underside of the frame and along both sides of the slide. Comes with excellent "Eagle 359" proofed Walther grips and a period-correct Spreewerk magazine. The bore has good rifling with very minor frosting throughout. De-cocker is functional.
