8/31/22 - This is an excellent example of an Inland Paratrooper Carbine. The receiver dates to 1944. The barrel is Inland-made and dates to March of 1944. There is an "AAO" arsenal marking on the left side of the stock, indicating this gun was reworked at the Augusta Arsenal at some point. It has an adjustable rear sight and bayonet lug, most likely added for use during the Korean War. Cross-Canon cartouche marking on the right side of the wood grip. Overall, the gun is in excellent condition with very little actual finish loss. The upper handguard has obvious bruising throughout. Comes with an excellent folding stock, one proper magazine, and a green canvas sling. Mint bore.
