Description

9/20/22 - This is a very nice example of an AC 42 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs. It has retained roughly 90% of its original finish. The majority of the finish loss is on the front strap, but there is also muzzle wear and minor wear concentrated around the high edges of the slide. Some light scratches along the right side of the slide. Comes with excellent Walther grips - the left panel is waffen-proofed, the right panel is not. Comes with a period-correct Walther magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is minor pin-pricking throughout. De-cocker is functional.
