SOLD - AC 45 Walther P.38 - fnh Barrel

11/7/22 - This is an excellent example of an AC 45 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1945. This one is especially scarce because it has a "Waffen 76" proofed fnh Czech barrel. Only about 10,000 made. This one is in the proper serial range for that variation, is all matching, and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout. Late-war cog hammer and phosphate small parts (typical for these late-war guns). It has retained about 94% of its original finish. Minor thinning and brown patina on the front strap, minor wear around the high edges of the slide, and some wear and light oxidation around the muzzle. A few tiny handling marks along the slide. Comes with excellent reddish-brown bakelite grips and an "Eagle 359" proofed Walther magazine. The bore has strong rifling with hints of pin-pricking here and there. De-cocker is functional.
