Description

11/9/22 - This is an AC 40 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1940. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout, even on the small parts. It has retained roughly 60% of its original high polish finish. There is significant finish loss on the front strap and obvious spotty, somewhat scratchy wear along both sides of the slide. Minor muzzle wear as well. Comes with very nice matching-numbered Walther grips - a small chip on the left side around the slide release. Also comes with an un-numbered "Eagle 359" marked Walther magazine. Excellent, shiny bore with strong rifling and some very minor freckling here and there. De-cocker is functional.
