Description
3/28/23 - This is a scarce P.38 put together from parts at the end of WW2. The slide was made by Mauser and is "BYF 44" marked and "Waffen 135" proofed. The frame was made by Walther and is "ac" marked and "Eagle 359" proofed. The barrel is "Waffen 135" proofed. The gun has no serial numbers. It has retained about 96% of its original finish with minor thinning on the front strap. The frame has a nice plum tint to it. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there are areas of heavy pitting here and there, most noticeable on the left side of the slide. Fitted with nice black plastic Mauser grips. Comes with an "Eagle 359" marked Walther magazine. Factory-new bore. De-cocker is not functional.Specifications
