Description
5/15/24 - This is a rare P.38 put together from parts at the end of WW2. The slide was made by Mauser, "BYF 44" marked and "Waffen 135" proofed. Barrel was also made by Mauser and "Waffen 135" proofed as well. The frame was made by Walther and is "ac" marked and "Eagle 359" proofed. The gun has no serial numbers. This is a rare variation and made even rarer with its original blued finish. It also has crude, handmade parts: takedown lever and magazine release. This is a desirable trait among collectors. Its finish rates about 90% with thinning on the front strap. Fitted with reddish bakelite grips and comes with an "ac" marked magazine. Stone-mint bore. De-cocker is functional.Specifications
