Description
7/10/23 - This is a nice example of an AC 45 Walther P.38 made at the very end of WW2. This is a GI mismatched gun, put together by an American GI when the Walther factory was liberated. The parts are mismatched and in the proper "c-d" serial block, correct for this variation. It also only has one "Eagle 359" military acceptance proof on the right side of the slide, indicating it was never issued. This one also has a rare "Eagle 140" marked frame, indicating it was manufactured at the FN factory. This particular gun has retained roughly 65% of its original finish with obvious wear throughout (most noticeable on the front strap). Fitted with very nice black bakelite grips and comes with an "Eagle 359" marked Walther magazine. The bore is mint. De-cocker functions properly.Specifications
