Description

3/1/23 - This is an excellent example of an AC 44 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs. This one also has a really nice plum-colored frame. It has retained about 94-95% of its original finish. Almost all of the finish loss is on the front strap where there is also some light spotty oxidation. A few very light scuffs on the barrel and a few tiny dings on the right side of the slide. The gun is fitted with a nice set of black plastic Mauser grips - there appears to be initials very lightly scratched onto the right side. Comes with a blank magazine that appears to have very faint electro-pencil numbering on the base. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
