Description

4/21/23 - This is a nice example of a Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in November of 1944. It is all matching with the proper "Eagle 88" military acceptance proofs throughout. It has retained roughly 75% of its original finish. The majority of the finish loss comes in the form of noticeable splotchy discoloration along the whole underside of the frame and front strap. The profile views are actually fairly nice. There is some light spotty brown patina along the left side of the barrel. Fitted with excellent reddish bakelite grips. Comes with a period-correct jvd magazine. Minty bore. De-cocker is functional.
