2/27/23 - This is a nice example of a Colt Commando Revolver, manufactured in 1942 and chambered in .38 Special. All matching and has a 2" barrel. It has retained about 90% of its finish. The majority of the finish loss is on the grip straps, but there are also some areas of minor thinning on both sides of the frame, and some minor wear around the high edges in general. While there isn't a ton of actual finish loss, there is light brown patina visible under most of the finish. Comes with excellent reddish grips. The bore is mint. The cylinder is tight, and the action is smooth.
