Description
3/22/23 - This is a very nice example of a Swiss Schmidt Rubin K11 Rifle issued to the Swiss Army in the 1920's. The K11 is identical to the previous 1911 model in every way except it was shortened. This one has a mismatched mag, but bolt matches receiver. The stock is not numbered but has a Swiss proof on the right side of the butt stock. There are Swiss military proofs throughout and a "P" marking under the serial number on the receiver. This indicates the gun was sold in the commercial market after military service. It has retained about 92-93% of its original finish. There is general minor high edge wear and minor wear on the magazine. Some light scratches on the receiver. No major damage to the wood stock, just minor bruising throughout. Mint bore. Some light cracking in the hard rubber bolt handles.Specifications
