Description
4/3/23 - This a very nice example of a rare Papa Nambu manufactured by Tokyo Gas & Electric in the 1920's. This one is all matching and has a very faint anchor marking near the serial number, indicating it was issued to the Japanese Navy. This particular pistol also has a very low serial number. There is very little actual bluing loss, but there is noticeable spotty oxidation and pin-pricking covering the whole gun. Areas of minor pitting here and there. Fitted with nice wood grips - the left panel is numbered and matching, no legible numbering on the right side. Comes with a period-correct but mismatched magazine. The rifling in the bore is fairly worn with small spots of oxidation here and there.Specifications
