Description
12/8/23 - This is a very nice example of a rare Papa Nambu issued to the Japanese Navy in the 1910's. All matching with the proper anchor navy proof on the right side of the frame. It was made by Tokyo Gas & Electric Co, and there is a TGE logo on the chamber. Comes with one mismatched but period-correct magazine. There is very little actual finish loss, but there is light spotty oxidation and tiny pitting covering most of the metal (typical for these Navy guns). Fitted with wood grips - no legible numbering. The condition of the bore is poor - the rifling is worn with noticeable pitting throughout.Specifications
