Description

7/10/23 - This is a nice example of an AC 42 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching with the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout. It has retained roughly 40% of its finish with fairly even thinning throughout and general high edge wear. There are areas of pitting, most noticeable along the right side of the slide. Fitted with excellent period-correct bakelite grips and comes with an "Eagle 359" marked Walther magazine that is numbered on the bottom but does not match the gun. Very nice bore with great rifling. De-cocker is functional.
