8/21/23 - This is a very nice example of a rare Walther Mod HP that originally manufactured to be sold in the commercial market in the 1940's, and then diverted for issue to the Nazi military. The gun is all matching and has an "Eagle 359" Nazi military acceptance proof on the right side of the slide. It has retained roughly 85% of its original finish. The majority of the wear is on the front strap. Minor wear around the muzzle and on the high edges in general. Some light scratchy wear along the right side of the slide. Some areas of light freckling and tiny pits here and there. Fitted with excellent period-correct blackish-brown bakelite grips and comes with an "Eagle 359" marked Walther magazine. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
