Description
9/25/23 - This is an excellent example of a Walther PP manufactured at the end of the war in 1945. This is a GI mismatched gun put together by an American GI at the very end of the war. It has no proof marks, indicating it was never issued and never made it out of the Walther factory. It properly has no slide legend and has an "ac" Walther factory code on the right side of the slide. The gun itself has retained about 97% of its original finish with very minor wear around the muzzle and on the high edges of the slide. Some tiny scratches here and there on the slide. There looks to be a GI number scratched lightly into the frame under the left grip panel. The gun is fitted with excellent late-war wood grips and comes with a rare, end-of-war, phosphate "W" marked magazine. Near-mint bore.Specifications
