Description

10/18/23 - This is an excellent example of a rare Walther Mod HP delivered to Sweden in about 1939. This one is part of the first contract, one of only about 1,000. It has the proper features, such as a square firing pin and an "H" serial prefix. Unfortunately, it is mismatched. It has retained about 96-97% of its original finish with very minor wear around the muzzle and on the high edges of the slide. Some light scratches along both sides of the slide. Fitted with proper checkered black bakelite grips and comes with an "Eagle 88" marked Spreewerk magazine. Very nice bore with strong rifling and just hints of pin-pricking in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
