Description
12/7/23 - This is what we believe to be a DWM Luger Carbine, special ordered by an American retailer. We know AF Stoeger and Pacifico Arms had special carbines made up for their customers, but they typically put their name or insignia on the gun. This one is unique as we have never seen another quite like it. The retailer is unknown. 11.5" barrel. This handguard attaches differently to the gun than on other carbines we've seen. It has a Navy-style rear sight. American Eagle Crest on the chamber. The take-down lever is fire-blued, not straw-colored. The grips are numbered to the gun - small chip in the upper corner of the left panel. The barrel is a replacement, perhaps added by the retailer - not numbered. The receiver is internally numbered "62", The side plate is numbered "84", the Navy-style rear toggle link is numbered "09", and the front toggle link is numbered "11". The magazine is not numbered but is "Germany" marked. The finish rates somewhere between 85-90%. Excellent bore. It comes with a unique, custom wood stock and custom leather case that appears to be original to the gun.Specifications
