Description

11/26/24 - This is a scarce example of a very early commercial DWM Luger from the 1910's. It has the proper early features such as no stock lug and no hold-open. About 500 of these were diverted to the military and would have an "XXX" marking on the right side of the slide - this one does not. It has retained nearly all of its original finish. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are areas of very light spotty oxidation throughout. The left grip panel has a carved "E" and a small chip in the upper corner. Comes with a mismatched military magazine. The bore has good rifling with very minor pin-pricking in the grooves.
