Description

3/10/23 - This is an excellent example of a DWM Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1912. All matching with the proper Imperial proofs. This one has an extremely early serial number and has all of the proper early features. Originally had no hold open. It looks like one was since added and removed. It has retained about 98% of its original finish. Very minor wear around the muzzle and on the side plate. While there is very little finish loss, there is spotty oxidation and tiny pitting throughout. Excellent matching-numbered grips. Mismatched but period-correct magazine. Bore has good rifling with minor pin-pricking throughout.
