Description

5/1/24 - This is a minty example of a S&W Model 1917 Revolver issued to the US military during WW1. All matching, "United States Property" marked, and "Eagle Head S6" military proofed with flaming bombs. It has retained about 96-97% of its original high polish bluing. There is just very minor high edge wear, a very light roll mark on the cylinder, some small dots of wear on the right side of the barrel, and some minor dulling on the grip straps. Fitted with un-numbered wood grips. Like-new bore.
