4/17/24 - This is a mint example of a Colt Model 1911A1 manufactured in 1944. It is all-correct, has the proper "United States Property" marking, and the proper US military cross-canon cartouche. This one, however, has British proofs throughout, indicating it was part of the WW2 British Lend-Lease Program. Proper Colt barrel. It has retained essentially all of its parkerized finish with just a hint of muzzle wear and one tiny ding on the left side of the slide. Fitted with period-correct grips and comes with a proper "S" marked magazine. Mint bore.Specifications
