Description

6/3/24 - This is a nice example of a Colt M1911 issued to the US military in 1918. There is an arsenal rework marking on the left side of the frame. No discernible markings on the barrel. It comes as a rig with a proper holster and two lanyard ring magazines. The gun has lost virtually all of its finish with obvious wear throughout. Fitted with fairly worn period-correct wood grips. The bore has great rifling with just very minor frosting in the grooves.
