Description

8/7/24 - This is a nice example of a Colt Model 1917 revolver issued to the US military during WW1. It is all matching, has the proper military acceptance proof on the left side of the frame, and is "United States Property" marking on the underside of the barrel. The gun's original bluing rates roughly 85% with wear along the barrel and on the grip straps. The wood grips look like they may have been replaced. Very nice bore with good rifling.
