Description
8/9/24 - This is a nice example of an FN Browning Model 1910 manufactured in the early 1900's. It is all matching and has the proper Belgian proofs throughout. This one may have been shipped to Japan, because it is around the proper serial range of other known Japanese contract guns. This one has no kanji markings, so we cannot say for sure. It comes as a rig with a rare Japanese shoulder holster (kanji markings on the inside), leather shoulder strap, and two period-correct magazines. The magazine pouch of the holster has some holes in it, and one of the D loops on the back is missing. The leather of the shoulder strap is dry and cracked throughout. The gun itself has retained roughly 85% of its original finish. The majority of the wear is concentrated around the high edges of the slide. Some very light pin-pricking along the left side of the slide as well. Fitted with black bakelite grips. Very nice bore with good rifling.Specifications
