Description
12/10/24 - This is a minty example of a Colt Commando revolver manufactured in 1944. This one comes with a photocopy of the Colt factory letter stating that this particular gun was delivered to the United States Maritime Commission on July 21st, 1944. It is all matching and comes with an un-marked leather holster. The gun has retained about 98% of its original parkerized finish. There is very minor wear around the muzzle and on the high edges of the cylinder. Areas with tiny dots of oxidation around the muzzle, on the cylinder, on the right side of the frame, and on the barrel where the barrel meets the frame. Comes with very nice period-correct reddish grips. Minty bore. The cylinder is tight, and the action is smooth.Specifications
