Description

1/8/25 - This is a "CE Code" JP Sauer K98 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. The gun has a mismatched bolt and rear barrel band. The stock has no visible numbering, but is waffen proofed and "Eagle H" proofed. The metal parts have retained roughly 85% of their finish. While there isn't a ton of actual finish loss, there is noticeable spotty oxidation throughout and some areas of light surface rust here and there. The wood furniture has no major damage, but shows the typical signs of wear and use. The bore has pretty good rifling, but there is light spotty surface oxidation throughout.
