Description
3/4/25 - This is a very nice example of a first variation SS-contract Walther PP from 1937. The only rarer variation would be the "p under". According to Tom Whiteman's "SS Contract Walther PP/PPK" book, this would be considered a first variation example. This particular gun is actually listed by serial number on page 90 in the book. It is matching. The gun has a matching slide and frame. The magazine is also an SS magazine that is close in number but not matching to the gun. The gun's original high polish finish rates about 90%. There are areas of spotty wear on both sides of the slide and some small marks here and there. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips. Excellent bore with strong rifling.Specifications
