Description
6/27/23 - This is a nice example of an early first-variation Walther PP issued to the Nazi military in 1940. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle N" proofs. As a first-variation, this one also has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs on the frame and on the left side of the slide near the tang. The gun has retained somewhere roughly 75-80% of its original high polish bluing. The significant majority of finish loss is on the grip straps, but there is also minor muzzle wear. Fitted with excellent period-correct black bakelite grips and comes with one wartime magazine. Stone-mint bore.Specifications
