Description
3/14/25 - This is a nice example of a Walther PP sold in the commercial market in 1943. All matching and "Eagle N" proofed. The entire gun has a really nice plum-colored finish, which looks especially good accompanied by scarce reddish bakelite grips - the gun is in the proper 1943 serial range for this variation. The finish rates roughly 80% with areas of thinning most noticeable on the grip straps and on both sides of the slide. Spotty oxidation most obvious on the left side of the slide and on the grip straps. There is a tiny chip on the upper edge of the left grip panel. Comes with a proper wartime magazine that has a scarce and desirable transitional grayish-brown finger extension. Excellent, shiny bore with great rifling.Specifications
