Description

3/24/25 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser C96 issued to the Imperial German military during WW1. Chambered in 7.63mm. It is all matching with an Imperial military proof on the right side of the slide. There is a "1920" government property marking on the left side of the slide, indicating this one remained in government service following the war. This particular gun comes as a rig with a quality reproduction accessories - wood stock, leather harness, a stripper clip, and cleaning rod. The gun has retained about 92-93%% of its original finish with general high edge and muzzle wear. Matching-numbered wood grips - some tiny chips on both sides. Very nice bore with good rifling.
