Description
4/2/25 - This is a very early, double '00', post-war P38 manufactured by Walther in 1958. It is the second year of production of the P38 for Germany after WW2. These early pistols went to the German military and police. The serial numbers started at 001, so this would be the 1,884th pistol produced. This pistol was owned by the esteemed P38 collector and writer Warren Buxton, and was sold as part of his collection in April of 2017 by Julia Auctions. Pistol rates at 98% of its original finish and has not been reworked. Good grips with minimal handling wear. Small Simpson import mark. Comes with two 1958 dated magazines. Excellent bore and decocker works.Specifications
