Description
4/11/25 - This is an excellent example of an AC 45 Walther P.38 made at the very end of WW2. This is a GI mismatched gun, put together by an American GI when the Walther factory was liberated. All of the parts are mismatched and in the proper "c" serial blocks, correct for this variation. It also only has one "Eagle 359" military acceptance proof on the right side of the slide, indicating it was never issued. It has a mixture of phosphate and blued parts and has a late-war cog-style hammer - both correct for this variation. It has retained about 97% of its original finish with some light marks and scratches on the barrel. Painted rear sight. Fitted with excellent brownish bakelite grips and a rare, late-war, phosphate, "U" marked magazine. Excellent bore. De-cocker is functional.Specifications
