5/22/25 - This is an interesting Krieghoff Luger "fantasy piece". The gun has a real Krieghoff toggle, but there are several issues with the gun overall. Firstly, the frame was made by Mauser. The chamber has a 1939 date, but we believe this number was applied post-factory, as well as the serial number on the left side of the left side of the slide (the font is too big) and the Krieghoff proofs on the right side of the slide. The finish on the whole upper would then have to have been touched up since the whole thing is blued. It also comes with a matching-numbered magazine. However, this magazine is force-matched and actually has a police "Star K" marking. It does, however, come fitted with a nice set of original reddish Krieghoff grips. The condition of the bore is very poor - virtually no rifling with heavy pitting throughout.Specifications
