Description

5/28/25 - This is an excellent example of an early DWM Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1918. All matching with Imperial military acceptance proofs on the right side of the slide. It was then issued to the German police, as evidenced by the added police sear safety. It also comes with a matching police arsenal-numbered magazine. The left grip panel appears to have been cut for a magazine safety. It has retained roughly 80% of its finish with noticeable thinning on the grip straps, along the barrel, and on the left side of the frame. Both grips are police "Star K" marked. The right panel is also numbered but mismatched. The bore shows light pin-pricking throughout.
