Description
3/5/26 - This is a good example of an SA Dagger made by E.P. & S. (Ernst Pack and Sons) with Siegfried swinging hammer trade mark. This dagger features Nickel-silver hilt fittings. These fittings have surface wear and age patina with lower crossguard group marked, “Nrh” for Nordrhein. Brown wooden grip is in very good condition; showing minor wear with silver grip eagle and SA insert properly inset. The grips do have some hairline cracks, but the grip is still solid and in one piece. The blade is in good condition with standard scabbard wear. The blade additionally appears to have been polished at some point, however the makers mark and moto are still clearly visible. The scabbard is still straight, but does have spotty oxidation throughout, with some larger areas on the backside of the scabbard.
