7/17/25 - Original and excellent condition. The Enfield L39A1 is a British bolt-action target rifle, specifically designed for military target shooting teams and competitions. Only 1,213 L39A1s were manufactured between 1968 and 1972. It features a 27.5-inch, hammer-forged barrel with a great bore that rates 8 of 10. Matching numbers on receiver and bolt. The metal is the typical black British finish that rates a strong 95 - 98% with only minor handling wear. Wood furniture is solid and in great condition. This rifle features precision, Parker - Hale front and rear sights. Faint import mark under the barrel in front of the fore guard. Smooth action and fully functional. Includes a canvas sling.
